Jawaher Burgundy Gold Kaftan

A burgundy kaftan with a standing collar and hand-embroidered gold leaves along the front, sleeves, hem and back.

Jawaher is a kaftan in burgundy with a soft sheen, with a standing collar, a row of buttons down the front and long sleeves.

Gold leaves and scrolls are embroidered by hand using an Arab embroidery technique along the collar, the front opening, the sleeves and the hem, and the back carries a large gold motif between the shoulders. Small turquoise gems are hand applied over the embroidered details.

It falls to the floor. A kaftan for an Eid evening, a Ramadan ghabga or a wedding.
