The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Samar’s Secrets. Samar’s Secrets operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience.

Samar’s Secrets LLC, a UAE incorporated entity, is the seller of record for all purchases made through this website.

Products are fulfilled and shipped from the State of Qatar.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence.

To access certain Services or make purchases, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity conducted under your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Each Samar’s Secrets piece reflects artisanal craftsmanship and careful hand-finishing.

Due to the nature of handmade production:

Variations in drape, texture, embroidery, print placement, or finishing may occur
Such variations are considered part of the character of the design and are not defects

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, textures, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

Unless otherwise specified, our garments are designed as one-size silhouettes intended to drape fluidly across different body shapes.

Length may be altered by the customer to achieve a personalized fit.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability remain subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Samar’s Secrets.

All orders remain subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving:

Pricing or technical errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions or elevated-risk destinations

Orders may be processed and fulfilled during weekends in order to minimize dispatch delays.

Please review your order carefully prior to submission, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order has been accepted.

Returns and exchanges are subject solely to our Refund Policy [LINK].

Returns or exchanges must be requested within three (3) days from the date of delivery and remain subject to inspection and approval.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our Services are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Orders valued at AED 1,600 or above (or the equivalent value in USD at the time of purchase) are eligible for complimentary shipping.

For all other orders, shipping is applied at a fixed flat rate determined by destination and displayed at checkout.

While international logistics conditions may fluctuate, including fuel-related adjustments and elevated-risk destination charges, Samar’s Secrets absorbs such variations to preserve a consistent delivery experience.

Prices do not include:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Local destination charges
Applicable taxes where required by law

Where applicable, VAT shall be applied in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

For orders fulfilled and shipped directly from Qatar to destinations outside the UAE, transactions may fall outside the scope of UAE VAT.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made through the Services.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
All payment information submitted is accurate
Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled from the State of Qatar and shipped via DHL Express.

Orders valued at AED 1,600 or above (or the equivalent value in USD at the time of purchase) qualify for complimentary shipping.

Estimated delivery timelines are approximately five (5) to eight (8) working days worldwide. Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary depending on:

Customs clearance
Destination country procedures
Carrier operations
Events outside our reasonable control

Orders may be processed and fulfilled during weekends in order to minimize dispatch delays.

All deliveries are made on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

This means:

Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address
Customers remain responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local destination charges payable in the destination country

Certain destinations may be classified as remote by the carrier. Any remote-area or elevated-risk surcharges imposed by the carrier are absorbed by Samar’s Secrets. Customers are charged only the fixed flat shipping rate displayed at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, geopolitical conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Title to products passes upon dispatch and risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the customer.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to:

Designs
Text
Graphics
Images
Videos
Branding
Logos
Product names
Layout and visual presentation

are the exclusive property of Samar’s Secrets or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Samar’s Secrets.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, all purchases and transactions are made directly with Samar’s Secrets and not with Shopify.

You acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for any transaction, purchase, claim, or dispute between you and Samar’s Secrets.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be processed across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar, in connection with payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support operations.

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms at our discretion.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
