SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 working days following payment confirmation.
We ship every day, including weekends. Because we know your order can't wait, we process and hand over shipments to DHL Express 7 days a week, accommodating your schedule and minimising any dispatch delays. Whether you order on a Friday night or a Sunday morning, we've got you covered.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
Shipping locations
We currently offer worldwide shipping to selected destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we invite you to contact our team at concierge@samarssecrets.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Fulfilment & shipping
All orders are fulfilled from Qatar and shipped via DHL Express. As soon as your order leaves our hands, DHL Express takes care of the rest — delivering to your door with their international express service. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout so DHL can reach you with tracking updates.
Shipping fees
While international logistics conditions may fluctuate, including fuel surcharges and elevated-risk destination charges, Samar's Secrets absorbs such additional costs in order to maintain a consistent and transparent delivery experience. Customers are charged only the fixed flat rate shown at checkout.

Delivery terms
All deliveries are made on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means:
- Orders are delivered directly to the customer's address
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are payable by the customer upon delivery
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking details. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number promptly.
Remote area delivery
Certain destinations may be classified as remote by DHL. Where applicable, any additional remote-area or elevated-risk surcharges imposed by the carrier are absorbed by Samar's Secrets. Customers are charged only the fixed flat shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Samar's Secrets is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Should you experience any delivery-related issue, we encourage you to contact our team and we will assist wherever possible.
We invite you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation, including relevant details and imagery where possible. Our team will review the matter carefully and work toward an appropriate resolution.
