Tasneem Burgundy Tassel Kaftan

A burgundy kaftan with a gold-framed neckline, two gold braids down the front gathered at the waist by a tasselled cord, and a turquoise lining.

Tasneem is a kaftan in burgundy with a soft sheen, with a round neckline framed by a wide gold ornament and wide sleeves edged in gold.

Two gold braids fall from the shoulders down the front and meet at the waist, where a thin cord gathers them and ends in two burgundy tassels. The embroidery is worked by hand in gold thread and embellished by hand with crystal and beads in the murta'isha technique.

It falls to the floor and is lined in turquoise. A kaftan for an Eid evening, a Ramadan ghabga or a wedding.
